Hi, I’m Whitney!

I’m a business coach and creative strategy partner for female entrepreneurs.

After graduating from Lipscomb University in 2005, I spent the first decade of my career working in sales, marketing, fundraising, and events. After the birth of my second baby, I launched a solo doula practice that eventually grew into a multi-service doula agency in 2015 which the first of its kind in Nashville. During this season, I discovered a deep passion for creative, story-driven marketing and for building a business that didn’t come with a blueprint.

Over the next 10 years, I built and scaled my birth and postpartum agency, leading a team of more than 30 birth professionals, serving hundreds of families, and growing quickly. Through that experience, I learned firsthand what it takes to grow a business while navigating real life, and how powerful clarity, strategy, and authentic storytelling can be.

Today, I’m honored to help female entrepreneurs simplify their ideas, gain direction, and confidently grow businesses that feel aligned and sustainable.

In addition to coaching, I work behind the scenes as a freelance digital marketing and social media partner, helping brands show up consistently online in a way that feels authentic and true to who they are.
